Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as a vital point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and strong organizational abilities to help streamline our customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service by answering customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure all customer issues are handled professionally and effectively, striving for first-contact resolution.
Assist with other duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Neat and legible handwriting for clear communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A positive attitude and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
Prior customer service experience, especially in a manufacturing or industrial setting, is a plus.
